Pool Players,

The final events of the League Spring 2009 season are in the record books. The winners of the Top 16 Individual Tournament, held at Tool Shed, were: 1st Place, Benny (Club W); 2nd Place, Kazu (Tool Shed B); 3rd Place, Roy (Club W); and 4th Place, Donny (Hunters B). The winners of the Second Individual tournament, held at Club W, were: 1st Place, Dallas (Sidewinders); 2nd Place, Bill (Tool Shed A); and 3rd, Chris (Hunters A). Congratulations to all the winners.

It has been a fun season for the players with lots of pool and being amongst friends. The organizational meeting for the Fall 2009/Winter 2010 Season will probably be held on September 8 or 15, 2009. The Board will determine the date, location, and starting time for the meeting, which will be posted as soon as decided. Start planning now to be on a team this fall and, also, be on the lookout for new players. New players are the lifeblood of the League. It would be good if we could get back up to eight teams for the fall to avoid the "bye" weeks for the teams. In the meantime, see you at the tournaments!
